Post FAQs


Thank you for purchasing a BulkBundle or MegaBundle.



WHEN DO WE POST?

We post BulkBundles on Mondays and Thursdays to accommodate weekday and weekend orders.

We ship MegaBundles via DHL collection service which operate on weekdays and we aim to get them collected by the courier service within 2 working days of the order being processed. 



WHAT SERVICE DO WE USE?

For UK - We use Royal Mail 2nd class small parcel, sent via the Post Office. There is a tracking number available on this item upon request as well as an online proof of postage provided by the Post Office.

For Europe & Worldwide - We use eBay's Global Shipping Program.

For MegaBundles - We use DHL next day door to door courier service. We will provide you with the consignment number upon confirmation of shipping.



HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

For UK - Royal Mail say to allow 3/4 working days from the date of posting.

For Europe & Worldwide - Follow the tracking provided by eBay's Global Shipping Program.

For MegaBundles - DHL say it is a next day service, the packages are collected on weekdays and they collect the next weekday after booking, so please allow 3/4 days after your order is placed.



WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PACKAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE?

We do ask that you are patient and wait a little longer before getting in touch with us, we know from experience that all BulkBundles that have been dispatched will reach their destination even if a little slowly. If you want to be proactive, please can we ask that you check at your local post office to see if they are holding it for collection for you. (As they are bulky they are held back - this has been reported on a few European deliveries)


Once a reasonable time frame has passed, beyond the expected delivery time frame if the BulkBundle has still not arrived please reach out to us via e-mail so we are aware of the situation. All of the Royal Mail services we use have a compensation procedure to cover a portion of the cost of the BulkBundle. We will open and follow this procedure in the event of a missing parcel and we will complete this process before posting out a new BulkBundle.



IN THE CASE OF A FAILED DELIVERY?

If the BulkBundle has failed delivery there are return labels on the packages and they will be returned to us - If this happens we will inform you via e-mail and if the return is due to issues our side we will dispatch a new BulkBundle out to you as soon as possible.
