Time to request a refund.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate the return of your product.

Use the enquiries button to send us an email to request a refund, please provide your name, order number and reason for return.


Return postage costs.

All costs incurred to return the product to us are at the expense of the buyer. 


Method of refund.

Once the returned item is received and processed any refund will be issued to you via the same form of payment used, less any fees and charges used to precess the initial order via the original purchase platform. 


Product condition.

If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.

If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return delivery because it wasn't packaged correctly, we might deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item's value.
